2.1 All products and services offered in the Shop are digital in nature and are delivered electronically.

2.2 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are only issued under circumstances outlined in Section 4 below.

2.3 By purchasing a digital product or service, you acknowledge that it is non-tangible, non-returnable, and cannot be "unshipped" or returned once delivered.


3. Delivery of Products

3.2 The Shop reserves the right to extend the delivery timeframe in cases of unforeseen delays, technical issues, or high demand.

3.3 Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund unless explicitly agreed upon by the Shop.

3.4 If a customer refuses to wait for delayed delivery, no refund will be provided.

3.5 It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address or contact information provided at checkout. The Shop is not liable for delivery errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.


4. Refunds and Chargebacks

4.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued solely at the Shop's discretion. Refund requests will be considered in the following circumstances:

The digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue caused by the Shop.

The product was defective or incomplete upon delivery.

The refund request was submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the product was not altered, used, destroyed, or otherwise mishandled.

4.2 No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

Refunds will not be granted for buyer's remorse, misunderstanding of the product's use, or failure to read the product description, instructions, or system requirements.


4.3 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider or bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered fraudulent.


We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks.

Customers filing false or unwarranted chargebacks will be permanently banned from making future purchases.

Legal action may be pursued against users engaging in chargeback fraud to recover losses, including administrative and legal fees.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

The Shop reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent. In such cases, no refund will be provided. The Shop may also blacklist accounts associated with suspected fraudulent activity.
